Our Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
1.1 BioFitCoaching strives to provide high-quality health coaching services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

1.1.1 If you have paid for a coaching program but have not started the services, you may be eligible for a full refund.

1.1.2 If you have started the coaching program and wish to discontinue within a specific timeframe, a pro-rata refund may be available. The specific timeframe and refund percentage will be communicated to you separately.

Refund Requests
2.1 To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request to BioFitCoaching within the specified timeframe, as outlined in section 1.1.2.

2.2 The refund request must include your full name, contact information, details of the coaching program, and the reason for the refund request.

2.3 All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and BioFitCoaching reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.

Refund Process
3.1 Once your refund request is received, BioFitCoaching will assess it within a reasonable timeframe.

3.2 If your refund request is approved, BioFitCoaching will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.3 Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items
4.1 Please note that certain items or services may be non-refundable. These may include, but are not limited to, digital products, downloadable materials, and one-time consultation fees.

4.2 BioFitCoaching will clearly communicate any non-refundable items or services to you at the time of purchase.

Modifications to the Refund Policy
5.1 BioFitCoaching reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.

5.2 It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically for any updates or modifications.
